Month of LOVE

Hi LOVElies!

I took a hiatus and pause on the media forefront after the last Cowboys game. I like to take a moment to myself to decompress from the craze and nonstop that football season is. But NOWWWW.. we have entered into one of my favorite months - the month of LOOOVEEE. I love LOVE! I love cheesy rom-coms, I love meet cutes, I love the shape of hearts, I love pink and red together, I love LOVEuary! I feel like February has the same special vibes that December brings. When December hits, everyone seems to have a more cheery, jolly pep in their step, and when February hits you can feel the love and happiness within one another. Or to be super cheesy and cliché: There’s Love in the Air! But with that love, I also know that this particular month can be a hard time for those who are not with their loved ones, have lost a loved one, or are not feeling loved towards themselves. I hope and want everyone to feel the love this 2024 February!!! So! I challenge us all to spread more love this month! Spread love to your neighbor, to your co-worker, your boss, your friend, whomever it may be! Most importantly, do not forget to spread that love to YOU! We tend to push ourselves aside in order to not be “selfish”… but when you think about it… how can you share the love to others or be loving, when we don’t love ourselves first?? We have to know what love is! This month give others and you the chance to be and feel LOVED! <3
